At Guiding, Loving and Mentoring (GLAM), Inc., we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Through meaningful programs, positive mentorship, and supportive services, we help children, adolescents, and at-risk youth develop the confidence, skills, and support systems needed to reach their full potential.

 

While serving youth of all backgrounds, GLAM specializes in programs designed to support girls ages 7–18 during some of the most critical stages of their development. Our programs provide safe, nurturing environments where young people can build self-esteem, discover their strengths, develop leadership abilities, and prepare for a successful future.

 

At GLAM, we recognize that strong youth are built within strong families and communities. That's why our commitment extends beyond the individual child. We work to empower families, connect communities with valuable resources, and create opportunities that foster long-term growth, stability, and success.

 

Through mentoring, educational enrichment, life-skills development, leadership training, emotional wellness support, and community engagement, GLAM equips youth with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and become confident, responsible, and productive leaders.
